An Open Letter: From Judgment to Understanding

Dear Pre-Mom Me,

As I dive headfirst into the whirlwind of motherhood, I find myself on a journey of self-discovery and reflection. And amidst the chaos, there's something I need to say:

I'M SORRY.

I'm sorry for the times I thought I had it all figured out, for the judgmental glances and unsolicited advice I dished out without truly understanding the reality of parenthood. Oh, how naive I was!

Now, as I navigate the unpredictable twists and turns of raising a child, I realize just how little I knew back then. Motherhood has been a rollercoaster ride of emotions, teaching me humility, resilience, and the power of empathy.

To my pre-mom self, I wish I could go back and shake some sense into you—for the ignorant assumptions, the narrow-minded comments, and the lack of compassion.

But here's the exciting part: with each diaper change, bedtime story, and messy kitchen, I'm learning and growing. And as I do, I'm leaving judgment behind and embracing a newfound understanding of the incredible journey we're all on.

So here's to letting go of the past, embracing empathy, and supporting each other through the beautiful chaos of parenthood.

With love and newfound wisdom,

Your Mom Self Zarayn
